If the abuse has either started or continued during lockdown there are options for you, which will involve making a disclosure to organisations such as Child Protection or Adult Safeguarding as the priority is to get people safe.
If the lockdown has caused previous trauma to resurface, even if you had coping strategies in place before, we can support you back to a more comfortable mindset.
Choosing to access support due to trauma is a personal choice, we have resources in place to work safely with people at their own pace and we have worked hard to ensure the impact of the pandemic is not a barrier to this.
